The Art of Play workshop, Cozy Yoga Studio Porto, Portugal
Join me in Porto, Portugal for this 2 hour immersion into the Art of Play, where we will rekindle the connection to our inner child through yoga, movement exploration, curiosity and awe.
Through this slow but strong flow journey, a deep somatic awareness will be cultivated and a felt sense of what it is to connect and be in relationship with gravity, & levity as a way into finding freedom and ease in the body, from that place we will explore creative transitions, arm balances and inversions through a playful lens.
All levels are more than welcome with options given.
